UML and UCPN (M) Now in the same condition as before unification (with full text of verdict from supreme court)

Kathmandu, 

After the Supreme Court revived the CPN-UML and the Maoist Center, the Maoists and UML will remain the same. 

The official decision of the Supreme Court said, "If these two political parties are to unite now, make a decision that does not go against the rules and regulations of the political parties and immediately inform the Election Commission and make necessary decisions as per the law." And an order has also been issued in the name of the Election Commission.

A bench of Justices Bamkumar Shrestha and Kumar Regmi ruled in favor of the Rishi Kattel-led Communist Party of Nepal (CPN-UML) in a writ petition against the Election Commission's decision to register the new party after the two parties merged.
