A modern garden is to be constructed in Laljhadi village municipality of Kanchanpur. A modern garden is being constructed at a cost of Rs. 50 million at Laljhadi-1 Sukkhadghat.

The Laljhadi village municipality has stated that a detailed project report (DPR) has been prepared for the construction of the park. The park is being built in a joint venture between the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation and Laljhadi village municipality. For this, the Ministry will provide financial assistance of Rs. 33 million and the village municipality will provide financial assistance of Rs. 15 million.

The village municipality has started putting up the wall after selecting the place where the park will be constructed. The park will have water fountains, flower beds, sidewalks, swings, selfie points, rest areas. Similarly, the park will be decorated in an attractive manner to attract internal and external tourists along with various items, toilets, canteens, ticket counters, watchmen's houses, said village chairman.

Colorful lights will also be installed in the park along with the arrangement of solar lights. The park will be constructed in a modern way.

"Along with the biodiversity, the culture of the Rana Tharu community will also be taken into consideration while constructing the park," chairman said.

The park would be made a model of Kanchanpur district.

The village Development has put forward a plan to give priority to the construction of blacktop roads to reach the park area. The park will be constructed in an area of ​​about 10 acres.
