3 point agreement between the government and Biplop group


The government and the CPN (Maoist) have reached a three-point agreement. The agreement includes resolving political issues between the government and the group through dialogue, conducting all political activities of Biplop group peacefully, lifting the ban on Biplop leadership imposed by the government, releasing political prisoners and dismissing cases.


Details of the agreement will be made public during a special ceremony on Friday, according to a press note issued by spokesperson Prakand on behalf of Biplav group and the Ram Bahadur Thapa  from governmentPrime Minister KP Sharma Oli on behalf of the government and General Secretary Biplop on behalf of the CPN (Maoist) are scheduled to address the function on Friday.
