Melamchi water has reached Sundarijal

Kathmandu.

The water of the much awaited Melamchi Drinking Water Project has reached Sundarijal. After Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli pressed the button of the hydro-mechanical gate of the flushing tunnel on Saturday evening, the water in the tunnel fell into Sundarijal on Falgun 10.

This water is now discharged into the Bagmati River. The initial water has been discharged into the Bagmati River, not at the treatment center, as the water comes with garbage.

Saying that the long dream has come true today, Prime Minister Oli claimed that water will come to every house in a few days. He said, "There is a guarantee for the people of Kathmandu that water will fall in Kathmandu." It will be distributed in a few days. '

Talking about the Melamchi Drinking Water Project, he said that his hair was black but there was no black hair when the work was completed. The more you get, the more you don't eat laddu. This is the time to eat. '

His sarcasm was directed at the CPN-Prachanda-Madhav group, which had been fighting for the dissolution of the House of Representatives on the day the Supreme Court overturned it.

Stating that the long wait in Melamchi has been completed, he said that water will come in the stream in a few days. Earlier, he was not allowed to work. He said that he had to say that there was non-cooperation from his own party. Great work has been done day by day. Some have been inaugurated, some have been laid. '

He thanked the people of Melamchi, Helambu and Sindhupalchowk for providing water to Kathmandu.
