Ministry of Health urges to celebrate Holi at home


Kathmandu. 

The Ministry of Health and Population has appealed to celebrate Holi at home and not to crowd.


Stating that the risk has increased with the number of people infected with Corona virus (Covid-19), the ministry has urged to be more vigilant.


At a regular press conference held on Wednesday, the joint spokesperson of the ministry, Dr. Sameer Kumar Adhikari said, "The number of infections has increased in the last few days. The risk has also increased. Therefore, we urge you to celebrate Holi at home and not to crowd. '


The festival of colors is being celebrated in Holi Pahad on Chaitra 15 and in Terai Madhes district on Chaitra 16. A total of 145 people have been confirmed infected in 3963 tests in Nepal on Wednesday.
