The Bhimfedi-Kulekhani-Kathmandu road, which has been closed for two months for maintenance and blacktop, will be re-opened on Wednesday morning.
A budget of Rs. 180 million was allocated for the eight-kilometer road from Bhimfedi to Deurali Bhanjyang and Rs. 160 million for the seven-and-a-half kilometer road from Deurali to Kulikhani.
Director of Bagmati Pradesh Transport Infrastructure Directorate Dr. According to Sahadev Bhandari, the old road from Bhimfedi-Kulekhani-Hebichaur has been widened.
Sewers and walls have been constructed. He informed that the road connecting Sisneri to Dakshinkali of Kathmandu under Madan Bhandari Highway is also being repaired.
