Prime Minister KP Oli has warned to agitate if the House of Representatives is not dissolved by the court.
Speaking at a public meeting of his party on Saturday, Prime Minister Oli gave such a warning.
While other political parties have been accusing him of "setting" for the dissolution of the House of Representatives, he claimed that "setting" is being made for the restoration of parliament.
"There is no alternative to the movement if the parliament is not dissolved due to any setting-fading," he said.
Oli said that the current election was a demand of the people and told the cadres to be ready for the agitation if a decision was taken against it.
He said the country had gone to the polls and the prime minister had the right to hold elections.
Reiterating his claim that the election will be held in April, Oli said that the CPN (Maoist) would bring the majority.
