No crisis, even if it does, it will return in a month: Prachanda

Chitwan.

Chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) Prachanda-Madhav group Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda has said that he will return within a month if there is a crisis in the country.

"I don't think there will be a state of emergency. Even if there is an emergency, it will be back in a month." Chairman Prachanda said

Prachanda said that the Prime Minister's statement that he would agitate if the parliament was restored was a product of defeatist mentality. According to Prachanda, this has proved that he has done wrong. He claims that the country will find a way out after the Supreme Court's decision to restore the parliament. Chairman Prachanda said that Prime Minister Oli had lost the battle on behalf of the people.

Oli has no right to be called CPN: Madhav Nepal

Another chairman of the CPN-Prachanda-Madhav group, Madhav Kumar Nepal, said that the party had no right to call the CPN (Maoist) as it had expelled Prime Minister KP Oli from the ranks of ordinary members.

He said there would be an open discussion on who would be the next prime minister after the restoration of parliament.

Prachanda and Nepal arrived in Chitwan on Tuesday to address a meeting organized by their group at the Central Bus Terminal in Bharatpur on Wednesday.
