Prachanda-Madhav group dissatisfied with Election Commission

Spokesperson says: Let there be an immediate decision on the official dispute

The CPN-Prachanda-Madhav group has expressed dissatisfaction over the role of the Election Commission. Narayan Kaji Shrestha, spokesperson of the group, said that they were forced to come to the process of resolving the dispute while requesting to update the organizational decision.

‘What is the Election Commission doing? Will the Election Commission be used in the service of a retrograde plan that could not be completed by the Supreme Court? ' Narayan Kaji Shrestha, spokesperson of the group, wrote on Facebook.

Stating that the Supreme Court has made a historic decision in favor of the constitution and democracy by breaking the pressure, threats and reactionary conspiracies, he wrote on Facebook, ‘What is the Election Commission doing? Will the Election Commission be used in the service of a retrograde plan that could not be completed by the Supreme Court? '

‘Will the Election Commission become a weapon to prevent the implementation of the positive outcome given by the court? Is it possible for the Election Commission to reject the constitution and the law by making the court's decision to save the constitution lifeless? These are the questions of public concern right now. '

Spokesperson Shrestha said that such a question arose when the Election Commission did not take a smooth decision in accordance with the constitution and law. However, he acknowledged that their numbers were not enough to defeat President Conte's government.

Spokesperson Shrestha said that the commission should take an immediate decision as the date of the House of Representatives meeting has already been fixed. "Otherwise, the Election Commission will be in doubt and the Election Commission will have to take the responsibility of escalating the political crisis by thwarting the decision of the court," he warned.
