Increased share investor attraction in finance companies

The Nepse index, which measures share turnover, rose by eight points on Wednesday. The overall Nepse index has also increased by 8.66 points to reach 2,543.03 points as the index of finance companies and banking groups has risen.


The Sensitive Index, which measures the trading activity of Class A companies, also rose by 2.56 points. The transaction amount has decreased compared to the last few days. A total of 1,49,077 shares of 191 companies were traded through 62,015 transactions on Wednesday.


Accordingly, the transaction amount has reached Rs. 7,649.41 million. Investors in finance companies earned the most on Wednesday. The sub-index of this group has increased by 3.27 percent as investors are attracted to finance companies which is the biggest growth rate on Wednesday. The banking group also grew by 1.50 percent, while the hotel group grew by 2.14 percent. The non-life insurance group also grew by 0.47 percent, while the business group declined the most by 3.21 percent.


Similarly, the manufacturing group declined by 1.15 percent, the microfinance group by 1 percent and the life insurance group by 0.62 percent. On Wednesday, the finance group itself did not see much reason to grow. According to the information, investors are eager to buy shares, estimating the dividends of finance companies.
