Prachanda's written reply: Claim of threatening the court is false (with full text)

Chairman of the CPN-Prachanda-Nepal faction and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has said that he will not be able to violate the judicial decision of insulting, threatening and obstructing the court and judges.

He also demanded that the writ petition against him be dismissed saying that it was a lie that he had threatened the court.

Presenting a 10-point written reply to the contempt of court case on Sunday, Prachanda also mentioned that there are protests all over the country against the constitutional appointment.

"A petition has been filed in the esteemed court against the incumbent Prime Minister for dissolving the parliament and recommending the appointment of constitutional body officials on the same day to deactivate the constitutional parliamentary hearing system." Protests are taking place all over the country against this. I don't want to talk about it here',  he said
