In three months, 40 foreigners were deported from Nepal

In the last three months, Nepal has deported 40 foreign nationals. According to the Immigration Department, a total of 40 citizens were deported by Nepal from October to December. Most of them are Chinese nationals.


During this period, 19 Chinese nationals have been deported from Nepal. According to the department, more Chinese nationals have been deported from Nepal due to overstay. 


During this period, 13 citizens have been deported from Nepal for overstay. Nepal has also deported three Chinese nationals involved in human trafficking and organized crime.


Among other misdemeanors, three Chinese nationals were deported, according to the department. Four U.S. citizens have been deported during this period. Of them, 3 have been removed due to overstay.


One has been found guilty of drug offenses. Two-thirds of the citizens of Australia, Yemen and Pakistan have been deported from Nepal. Two people from France have also been evacuated due to overstay.


According to the department, one citizen from Romania, Mauritius, Malaysia, Vietnam, Brazil, Bangladesh, Jordan, Congo and Estonia were deported from Nepal during this period. In just three months, 27 foreigners have been deported to Nepal due to overstay.
