Bhatbhateni's manager arrested for violating lockdown rule.

Police have arrested Sagar Gurung, manager of Bhatbhateni Department Store in Koteshwar, on the charge of opening a shop in the afternoon during the lockdown.

Gurung was arrested for keeping it open in the afternoon even though the grocery room of the department store can be opened only till 9 am during the lockdown. A team led by Kathmandu Assistant Chief District Officer Umakanta Adhikari had reached the Bhatbhateni Department Store in Koteshwar to monitor the situation, said Kathmandu Chief District Officer Kali Prasad Parajuli.
