Kathmandu:
The Supreme Court has issued an interim order not to stop companies providing home delivery of essential items including food purchased online from providing services.
A joint bench of Justices Sapna Malla and Kumar Chundal on Monday issued an order not to suspend the provision of e-commerce services for online buying, selling and home delivery until the issue is settled.
Stating that digitization is important to reduce and prevent the impact of the corona virus epidemic, the session called for urgent access. It is mentioned in the order that the service can be provided by adopting the standard of home delivery 2077 issued by the government.
