Now regular flights to four countries

Kathmandu.

The government has opened regular flights from Nepal to four countries. There will now be scheduled flights to Qatar and Turkey, along with two neighboring countries, India and China. Of these, two flights a week are currently being operated in India.

Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Bhanubhakta Dhakal informed that regular flights will be opened to China, Qatar and Turkey from June 4.

According to him, the cabinet meeting held on Thursday has decided to open flights in countries where there is more pressure on passengers. People arriving at these destinations must report having a PCR negative.

Passengers who have completed the vaccination will be able to stay in home isolation. Mandatory hotel quarantine has been provided for other passengers.

Both domestic and international flights have been suspended in Nepal for the past one month amid a ban on controlling the corona virus epidemic. However, chartered flights are taking place. Istanbul will now be an easy destination for citizens of European and American countries who have come to Nepal for mountaineering to return home.
